2. Choose desired product
3. Click Add to Cart
4. Proceed to checkout
5. Enter your details and make secure payment
6. You will receive confirmation Email/WhatsApp with your order details

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We ship across India (International Shipping coming soon...)
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery takes 5-10 working days depending on your location.

As a small handmade brand, we take a bit more time, but with a lot more love.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • As a small business we are currently unable to offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credits. Thank you for understanding and supporting slow/sustainable craftsmanship.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
  • Exchange available if:
    • The product is unused
    • Original tags and packaging are intact
    • Request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Slight fabric texture variations (a sign of authenticity)
    • Color differences due to screen display

PRODUCT CARE GUIDE

To keep MIMI Handmade items looking fresh:

  • Handwash seperately in cold water
  • Use Mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry in shade
  • Iron on low heat if needed
  • Avoid overloading with heady items
