As a small business we are currently unable to offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credits. Thank you for understanding and supporting slow/sustainable craftsmanship.

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
• Exchange available if:
  • The product is unused
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery
    
• We do not accept returns for:
  • Slight fabric texture variations (a sign of authenticity)
  • Color differences due to screen display
