What is the order dispatch date & delivery time?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order & payment are confirmed. Once the order is dispatched it will take 5-10 business days for delivery of the product depending on the customer's delivery state.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer care team to raise a cancellation request. Your request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours (if your order has not been dispatched).

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. Please reach out to us and we will be able to figure out a solution.

What are the cancellation timelines?

There are two stages where the cancellation request have different timelines.

1) If you raised the cancellation before getting the dispatch message, the request will be processed in 24-48 hours.

2) If you raised the cancellation after receiving the dispatch message, we will not be able to directly cancel the order. Please do reach out to us and we will figure out a solution.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

1) If you raised the cancellation before getting the dispatch message,  your request will be resolved in 24-48 and you should see the money in your account in 5-7 business days.

How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

Please reach out to us to cancel part of your order.

How do I initiate a return process?

Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. Please note that we accept return only for manufacturing defect. 

You can contact us by either sending an email to origins@mimihandmade.in or on Whatsapp +917996013900. Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at mimihandmade.in. Products returned without our knowledge will not be accepted.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?

We will only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect. We will inspect and verify the item. If found defected, we will pay for return shipping.

What is the return notice period?

Please request return within 3 days of receiving the order.

Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.
